Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Solution Architect to lead Medicaid-focused health plan solutions. You will design client architectures, translate business requirements into technical designs, and work with the Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver scalable, compliant implementations.

The role is fully remote with about 5% travel and requires deep Medicaid domain knowledge, experience with prior authorization workflows, and strong collaboration across product, implementation, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years working as a solutions architect, BA, or PM for health plans.
• 5+ years with Medicaid health plan customers including UM experience.
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions focussing on prior authorization workflows and healthcare interoperability.
• Clear, precise writing to align stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum lifecycles and building software products for health plans; Jira proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design client solutions and guide adoption of Cohere's products.
• Lead internal discussions to identify gaps and coordinate product manager actions.
• Coordinate with project management to plan work and resources.
• Maintain internal documentation on scope, milestones, and resources.
• Translate customer requirements into clear documentation.
• Work with Forward Deployed Engineer on requirements and high-level designs.
