Qualifications

• Total Years of Experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant Technical Experience: 2-3 years at an Expert level or equivalent in a relevant technical domain; 5+ years of practical experience designing and building enterprise or distributed software systems.
• Mandatory Skills: Demonstrated expertise in technical leadership and ownership of architectural definition for complex software solutions; proficiency with architectures, patterns, and framework choices; strong communication and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Vision & Strategy: Direct development organizations in selection and use of technical frameworks, platforms, and design patterns.
• Solution Design & Integrity: Propose robust technical solutions, ensure they can be built, deployed, and maintained within timelines and budgets.
• Quality & Stability Assurance: Improve software quality and maintain stable environments for development teams.
• Industry Expertise & Innovation: Stay current with technology standards and emerging third-party software to advise on best practices.
• Architectural Governance: Conduct detailed technical reviews to enforce architectural compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Communicate architecture concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to proposals and RFIs/RFPs.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor developers and architects, recruit talent, set objectives and provide feedback.
