Job summary

Altera Digital Health in the United States is seeking an Expert Site Reliability Engineer to lead hosted client engagements with a strong architectural mindset and mentoring responsibilities.

You will design architectures, document integrations, guide teams, manage risks, and ensure high quality service delivery. This is a remote US role, full-time, with after-hours on-call and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall work experience in engineering roles.
• 2–3 years in expert-level systems engineering for products.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare product experience preferred (Support/Development/Consultancy).

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical guidance to clients and teams.
• Architect and document complex integrations and data flows.
• Translate business requirements into robust, aligned solutions.
• Develop architectural diagrams and client-facing documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Mentor SREs and collaborate with PMO for resource planning.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead technical delivery with hosting and development teams.
• Maintain comprehensive client architecture documentation.
