Henry Schein One is seeking a Principal Architect for Go-to-Market Systems in the United States to own the technical vision across Salesforce and GTM tooling, guiding enterprise architecture for marketing, sales, and quote-to-cash.

You will lead hands-on design, mentor architects and developers, and ensure decisions align with business strategy, delivering a scalable, high-performance GTM technology ecosystem.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise GTM systems architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and quote-to-cash.
• Data architecture, modeling, governance and interoperability.
• Ability to define and maintain enterprise architecture standards.
• Exceptional project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the technical architecture vision for GTM systems spanning Salesforce.
• Translate GTM roadmap into architectural designs and execution plans.
• Close architectural gaps that create fragility or silos.
• Own data architecture supporting smarter selling and data movement.
• Engage with teams to address friction and architecture gaps.
• Lead design and hands-on development on high-complexity initiatives.
• Evaluate tools for fit and long-term scalability; advise buy/build/retire.
• Treat integration as a first-class design concern.
• Work in an agile unit and contribute to backlog and sprints.
• Serve as technical partner to business systems leadership.
• Set and maintain technical standards across the team.
• Provide code review and coaching to architects, admins and developers.
• Align architectural decisions with broader enterprise vision.
