Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant (Sigma) to join a leader in the Information Technology space. You will lead client-facing analytics engagements from discovery through deployment, translating business needs into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.

You will shape the technical strategy for each engagement, guide backlog priorities, and ensure high-quality analytics work. The role partners closely with clients and internal leadership to strengthen adoption,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
• 3+ years of external consulting focused on client-facing projects.
• Expertise in designing analytics solutions.
• Strong SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics engagements, managing all phases from planning to deployment.
• Develop technical strategies and manage project backlogs for analytics solutions.
• Conduct client workshops to clarify business needs and align stakeholder priorities.
• Design workbooks and dashboards for self-service analytics.
• Implement quality standards and review analytics deliverables for technical excellence.
• Advise on governance and security practices for enterprise analytics adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities and enhance client value.
