Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive analytics experience
• 5+ years at Staff/Principal level or equivalent
• Hands-on production dbt environments ownership at enterprise scale
• Advanced SQL with Databricks, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• Experience with contact-center analytics (Genesys, Five9, NICE)
• Experience defending methodology under regulatory/audit scrutiny

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics engagements with cross-functional sponsorship and regulatory impact
• Define and govern analytical methodologies and standards across teams
• Review and approve work, mentoring staff toward Principal-level judgment
• Balance business impact with regulatory requirements and audit readiness
• Collaborate with Data Architects to ensure semantic layer and data models meet governance standards
• Influence executive decisions through evidence-based narratives
