Ladders is seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant (Sigma) to join a leader in the Information Technology space. You will lead client-facing analytics engagements from discovery through deployment, translating business needs into scalable reporting and visualization solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization.
• 3+ years of external consulting focused on client-facing projects.
• Expertise in designing analytics solutions.
• Strong SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Analytics Consultant (Sigma) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead client-facing analytics engagements from discovery through deployment, translating business needs into scalable reporting and visualization solutions. You will shape the technical strategy for each engagement, guide backlog priorities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics work. The position also partners closely with clients and internal leadership to strengthen adoption, governance, and long-term value from modern analytics platforms.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
