Job summary

Maximus seeks a Principal Analyst - Senior Pricer to deliver and oversee pricing for Federal proposals. This remote role reports to the Senior Director of Federal Pricing and collaborates with the Proposal Response Team to craft competitive price-to-win strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of Price to Win or pricing experience in federal procurements.
• Strong understanding of government pricing and FAR/CAS implications.
• Proven ability to present to senior/executive management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive cost analysis and price-to-win estimates for proposals.
• Develop pricing strategies, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate pricing inputs from operations, HR, facilities, and tech.
• Present pricing highlights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Lead pricing strategy discussions and mentor junior staff.
