Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Principal Analyst - Senior Pricer to lead and oversee Federal DoD pricing on proposals, reporting to Senior Director of Federal Pricing but working closely with the Proposal Response Team. This is a remote position.

This role requires 10+ years in Price to Win and Federal pricing, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will engage with executive leadership to present pricing strategies and risk analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance.
10+ years of Price to Win or pricing experience in government procurements.
Federal pricing experience, especially DoD.
Strong communication and presentation skills to senior/executive management.
Knowledge of forecasting and statistical methods for pricing.

Responsibilities

Perform competitive cost analysis and price-to-win estimates for proposals.
Develop pricing strategies, analyses, and risk assessments with capture teams.
Lead pricing strategy discussions and deliver guidance to teams.
Present pricing highlights and mitigations to executives (CEO, CFO, Group Presidents).
Assemble inputs for Federal Price/Business Volume and related documentation.
Mentor and supervise staff within pricing and proposal groups.
