Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to join our team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that defines the architecture of how global enterprises adopt agentic workflows and transition to AI-augmented engineering productivity.

You will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, helping regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients transition from traditional development to higher-velocity AI-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native).
• Advanced English is required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps for implementing agentic solutions.
• Engage with CTOs and VPs of Engineering to defend architectural decisions.
• Lead client engagements and coordinate across large, multi-file systems.
• Drive ROI and Developer Productivity metrics.
