Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote role focused on comprehensive, longitudinal management of a new patient panel. You will help expand One Medical's virtual primary care footprint with clinical excellence and proactive patient engagement.

Requirements include completing Internal or Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility within one year, and an active Washington license with multi-state credentialing for virtual care.

Qualifications

• Residency in Internal or Family Medicine completed or in progress.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine, or board eligibility within 1 year of start date.
• Active Washington state medical license with willingness to obtain multi-state licensure for virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits across a wide range of primary care needs.
• Build strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care.
• Collaborate with virtual care teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues within a virtual care team.
• Help develop virtual panel-building workflows and best practices.
• Maintain a sustainable patient panel and meet utilization targets.
