Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote position focusing on comprehensive, longitudinal management of a new patient panel. The role blends clinical excellence with proactive patient engagement in a virtual care setting.

Qualified candidates will have residency training in Internal or Family Medicine, 2+ years outpatient experience, CA license, and telehealth interest. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
• Active California state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure for One Medical virtual care
• Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting
• Willingness to provide periodic in-person care at home market location (quarterly)

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits for acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care
• Establish strong patient relationships to drive continuity of care
• Collaborate with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues as part of a virtual care team
• Help develop and refine virtual panel-building workflows and best practices
• Build and maintain a sustainable patient panel with utilization targets
