Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a fully remote role focused on comprehensive, longitudinal management of a new patient panel. This position expands One Medical's virtual primary care footprint, combining clinical excellence with growth-oriented patient engagement in a national telemedicine model.

You will conduct virtual visits across a broad spectrum of primary care needs, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with virtual care teams.

Qualifications

• Residency in Internal or Family Medicine completed or in progress.
• Active California medical license with multi-state eligibility/credentialing planned.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred (last 5 years).
• Experience with telehealth/virtual care delivery and strong patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual visits for acute, chronic, preventive and mental health needs.
• Establish and maintain strong patient relationships for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with virtual care teams, health coaches, and consulting physicians.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning activities.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues within a virtual care team.
• Contribute to development of virtual panel-building workflows and best practices.
• Build and sustain a sustainable patient panel and meet utilization benchmarks.
