Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree required.
- Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
- Active DEA & MCSR registrations required.
- Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) required.
- Comprehensive malpractice coverage included.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video-only virtual visits across multiple practices and regions.
- Provide Urgent & Acute Care encounters via virtual platform.
- Conduct Behavioral Health visits and follow-ups.
- Manage Chronic Disease Management cases.
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and Annual Exams.
- Complete Transitional Care Management (TCM) visits.
- Maintain EHR Documentation in Epic.
- Minimum of two shifts per calendar month, including one evening/weekend shift.
