Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Care team on a per-diem basis. This 100% remote role provides video-only visits across multiple practices with flexible shifts, including urgent care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, AWVs and exams.

The position requires MA licensure, MSN/DNP or PA degree, DEA & MCSR registrations, board certification, and offers premium hourly pay with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in nursing (MSN/DNP) or PA program.
• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
• Active DEA & MCSR registrations.
• Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-only virtual visits across a broad range of patient needs.
• Address Urgent & Acute Care, Behavioral Health, Chronic Disease Management, AWVs & Annual Exams.
• Perform Transitional Care Management (TCM).
• Document in Epic EHR.
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered virtual care.
