Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking Advanced Practitioners (PA/NP) to deliver remote, video-based care from home in Massachusetts. The role offers per-diem shifts with two minimum monthly commitments and includes urgent, chronic disease, and behavioral health visits via a secure telemedicine platform.

Requirements include a Masters degree (MSN/DNP or PA program), active MA NP/PA license, DEA and MCSR registrations, and board certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). Epic EHR proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality virtual care on a per-diem basis with flexible shifts.
• Conduct video-only virtual visits for urgent and acute care needs.
• Deliver behavioral health visits and follow-ups via virtual platform.
• Manage chronic disease patients through virtual care; perform AWVs/remotely.
• Complete EHR documentation in Epic and maintain accurate records.

Job Details

• Provide high-quality virtual care on a per-diem basis, with the flexibility to choose your shifts


• Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs including urgent and acute care encounters


• Deliver behavioral health visits and follow-ups via virtual platform


• Manage chronic disease patients through virtual care visits


• Conduct Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and Annual Exams remotely


• Provide Transitional Care Management (TCM) services


• Complete EHR documentation in Epic


• Work model is 100% remote from home


• Minimum of two (2) shifts required per calendar month, consisting of one (1) evening shift or one (1) weekend shift


• Additional shifts may be scheduled based on departmental needs and provider availability


• Master's Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program) required


• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts required


• Active DEA and MCSR registrations required
