Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Manager – Pricing Strategy & Analytics to support pricing strategy across plasma donation centers. This role blends advanced analytics with operational ownership of pricing decisions to influence donor behavior.

Based in Bannockburn, IL, the position is described as virtual under Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy and requires collaboration with Operations, IT, and Data teams to translate insights into clear pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pricing or revenue management experience influencing demand or incentives.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting or strategy.
• Ability to translate data insights into business actions.
• Strong delivery under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze donor behavior, demand patterns, and cost metrics to identify pricing opportunities.
• Evaluate pricing and promotions using structured analysis and experiments.
• Conduct elasticity analysis and scenario modeling for pricing decisions.
• Develop forecasting models to support weekly and monthly planning decisions.
• Design, execute, and evaluate pricing experiments including A/B tests.
• Own backend pricing configurations and ensure timely updates.
