Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead pricing analytics, forecast costs and donor behavior, and automate reporting. You will partner with Operations, IT, and Data Science to run pricing experiments and deliver business-ready insights.

The role is based in Bannockburn, IL and classified as virtual, with domestic travel up to 10%. Required: a BS in a related field and 5+ years in analytics or pricing; strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and BI tool

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy experience with measurable business impact.
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and clearly explain underlying drivers.
• Action-oriented mindset with ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics to diverse business scenarios and deliver executive-ready insights and visualizations.
• Automate day-to-day processes to accelerate trend insights.
• Build ML and statistical models to forecast cost metrics and donor patterns.
• Link findings to business and donor dynamics to explain trends and shifts.
• Conduct rapid analyses and deliver recommendations within tight timeframes.
• Build forecasting models for weekly and monthly planning of volume and cost-efficiency.
