Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or equivalent; strong academic track record; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, pricing, forecasting, or strategy roles with measurable impact.
• Ability to connect data insights to business context and clearly explain drivers.
• Action-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics to diverse business scenarios and present executive-ready insights.
• Automate recurring processes to speed insights and reporting.
• Build ML and statistical models to understand donor patterns and forecast costs.
• Link findings to business and donor behavior to explain trends.
• Conduct rapid-turnaround analysis and deliver recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Maintain forecasting models for weekly and monthly planning.
