Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer/product marketplaces.
• Experience building pricing tools and promotions in marketplaces.
• Experience creating product messaging and communicating to customers and media.
• Demonstrated track record of leading products and ecosystems at scale.
• Built and scaled global consumer products.
• Entrepreneurial track record bringing ideas to fruition.
• Experience with data-driven decision making to guide strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for discount and promotional pricing tools for hosts.
• Design mechanics of promotional offers balancing host flexibility with guest value.
• Build global promo campaigns linked to demand moments and merchandising visibility.
• Architect a programmatic promotions engine by market, timing, and demand signals.
• Translate pricing and promotions data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of product craft, speed, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Design, Eng to ship pricing features with FP&A, Marketing, Ops, and Trust.
• Set OKRs for promotional adoption, discount usage, and marketplace impact.
• Develop pricing expertise through host research and competitive benchmarking.
