Job summary

Airbnb seeks a Product Manager to join our Community Support team. You will represent the voice of the user and collaborate with cross-functional design and engineering teams to build the experience for a magical differentiated service.

You will develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for differentiated service, translate feedback into features, craft public messaging, and align cross-functional partners to ship impactful products for guests and hosts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media.
• Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise.
• Be able to build compelling customer-focused stories with marketing and communications partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and data-driven product decisions.
