Turo Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager, Host Pricing, to own host-facing pricing experiences and lead a full-stack team to improve earnings, conversion, and marketplace health.

You will work closely with data science and engineering to enhance recommendations and trust in pricing decisions. We value 6+ years of product management experience in data-intensive marketplaces, with strong quantitative and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams to prioritize, build, and ship high-quality products.
• Experience building products at scale in a marketplace, travel, hospitality, rideshare, e-commerce, or another data-intensive consumer business.
• Strong quantitative instincts and experimentation rigor. You can turn data/models into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for host-facing pricing experiences, leading a full-stack team to set direction and improve pricing behavior.
• Partner with data science and engineering to improve recommendation accuracy and adoption.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure impact on host behavior, earnings, conversion, and marketplace health.
• Build pricing tools that are easy for hosts to understand and act on.
