The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong cost control, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You will develop, coach, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to departments, product lines, or profit centers to meet goals and safety standards.
• Supervise 75+ employees (salaried and hourly).
• Schedule, track, and monitor production and costs to meet goals while ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain workforce through hiring, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Implement best practices and consistent policies.
• Prepare timely reports on efficiency, downtime, cost, and other key metrics.
• Provide feedback up and down the organization.
• Design and implement safety awareness programs and lead investigations into safety issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
