Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a pricing professional to shape packaging design, pricing strategy, and analytics to drive monetization and revenue growth. You will work with Product and leadership to align pricing with market dynamics and corporate goals.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Pricing and Packaging and offers a strong analytical path to build pricing expertise with meaningful business impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing or analytical experience in finance or economics (management consulting a plus).
• Strong command of SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based, tiered).
• Advanced data analysis and financial modeling; distill datasets into strategic insights.
• Ability to translate pricing insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Develop scalable pricing/packaging aligned with objectives to drive growth and profitability.
• Pricing Analytics: Build and automate analytics frameworks; deliver actionable insights for decisions.
• Pricing Execution: Collaborate across teams to launch offerings, update packaging, and adjust pricing.
• Market Analysis: Research market trends, identify monetization opportunities, benchmark competitors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Enablement, and Operations.
