Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst in Bengaluru to lead global reporting, data governance, and dashboard development across Quote-to-Cash processes. You will partner with the US-based OM Lead and India-based analysts to ensure clean data flows and SLA adherence.

You will own dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and other tools, govern exception queues, and drive continuous improvements in order validation, pricing accuracy, and revenue recognition alignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS Order Management or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
• Experience building operational dashboards with Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing models, pricing, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and own global Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
• Govern daily triage of blocked orders and integration errors; drive root-cause resolution.
• Perform final reviews of complex opportunities in Salesforce CPQ for policy compliance and revenue alignment.
• Maintain SOPs, validation runbooks, and test cases for offshore transitions.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to monitor order flow health and perform UAT for new product releases.
• Escalate blockers and coordinate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Billing to ensure audit-ready controls.
