Job summary

WAI Global is seeking a Pricing Manager to design and execute pricing strategies for automotive categories across Retail customers. You will work with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to model margins, analyze market trends, and optimize price realization.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process improvement, and collaboration in a remote-first environment to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pricing management experience.
• Proven track record in process improvement and RFQs.
• Experience with Excel and BI/visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain pricing strategies across product categories to achieve margin, revenue, and competitiveness goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitive data, cost changes, and customer behaviors to recommend pricing adjustments.
• Track pricing models, large customer deals, and major pricing actions post–go-live to ensure performance and identify variances.
• Support customer-specific pricing programs, large account contracts, and bids—including pricing recommendations and scenario modeling.
• Review price override requests with Sales to balance competitiveness and margin protection.
• Maintain the pricing database across internal systems.
• Model the financial impact of price changes with Finance and identify margin improvements.
• Enhance and standardize pricing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Management to understand cost changes and inventory dynamics.
