Job summary

Alpha Phi is seeking a Program Manager of Prevention Initiatives to support the implementation of our prevention strategy through chapter education, incident response, resource development, training, and ongoing consultation. This role manages prevention initiatives, conducts investigations, maintains resources, and contributes to communications, data tracking, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nonprofit service environment and/or with volunteers.
• Experience in fraternity/sorority advising, student conduct, prevention or related higher education field preferred.
• Experience with prevention, risk management, student conduct or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting investigations, incident response or case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with volunteers, host institutions, and key chapter figures.
• Monitor collegiate chapters to ensure Alpha Phi objectives and policies are met.
• Respond promptly to volunteer and staff inquiries and provide information.
• Coach volunteers in mediation and chapter support needs.
• Serve in rotation on a 24 x 7 emergency hotline.
• Develop and facilitate training on operations and risk reduction.
• Represent the Fraternity at professional conferences.
• Conduct risk management follow-up visits and investigations as needed.
