Job summary

You will develop training, supervise educational sessions, and represent the Fraternity at events, with a focus on higher education programming and student development.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with volunteers and chapters.
• Monitor chapters to ensure policy adherence.
• Respond to inquiries from volunteers and staff.
• Support chapters on disciplinary statuses as needed.
• Coach volunteers on conflict mediation and support needs.
• Admin duties for database and learning platforms.
• Coordinate roster management and membership changes.
• Rotate on 24/7 emergency hotline support.
• Develop and deliver training on education operations.
• Represent the Fraternity at conferences and events.
• Conduct follow-up visits to chapters and new chapters.
