Job summary

The Prevention Manager at Evolving Solution Services will develop, implement, and oversee prevention strategies to reduce risks and promote safety across the organization and communities it serves. This role requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in prevention program management or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines associated with prevention projects to ensure successful execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging threats to continuously enhance prevention strategies.

Prevention Manager

Full Time Cincinnati, OH, US

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

The Prevention Manager plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive prevention strategies aimed at reducing risks and promoting safety within the organization and the communities it serves. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify potential threats, and design proactive programs that address those risks effectively. The Prevention Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and community organizations, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of prevention initiatives. Success in this role is measured by the ability to reduce incidents, enhance awareness, and foster a culture of prevention and safety. Ultimately, the Prevention Manager contributes to the organization's mission by safeguarding people, resources, and reputation through innovative and sustainable prevention efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
