Job summary

The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a Program Manager: Operations & Grant Development to coordinate training and provide technical assistance for prevention, intervention and behavioral health services across schools. This role ensures training effectiveness and supports district objectives.

You will oversee emergency response planning, RtII data initiatives, and grants management with strict compliance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in social services or behavioral health and 5 years of related experience developing staff training.
Bachelor's degree in social services or behavioral health and 7 years of related experience developing staff training.
Experience developing training for staff in prevention, intervention, and/or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and guide staff in prevention, intervention, and behavioral health training.
Collaborate with PDE advisors to align policies with SAP training standards.
Develop and facilitate training for principals and school staff to improve learning environments.
Oversee behavioral health emergency response and aftercare coordination with city agencies.
Develop and implement RtII documentation and data tracking for interventions.
Manage grants and ensure compliance with guidelines.
