Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC's WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance Auditor (PWACA) for a remote, 1-year contract. You will audit contractor payroll data for compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements on renewable energy projects and present findings to upper management.

Responsibilities include inputting data into dashboards, generating deficiency reports, hosting regular reviews with leadership, verifying wage payments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of payroll administration experience.
• Prefers background in Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Audit data inputs from contractors about prevailing wage and apprenticeship.
• Compare data against criteria set in project tax and finance stipulations and contract exhibit(s).
• Create reports for deficiencies to upper management and corrective action notes.
• Input data into dashboards showing overall compliance weekly.
• Host meetings with upper management to present weekly reports of work completed and status of audits.
• Review payroll and determine if the company pays correct wages, makes fringe benefits contributions, and fulfills all other aspects of labor compliance per our client's requirements/contract.
• Gather certified payrolls and other related documentation, implement detailed audits, compose Report of findings, perform discrepancy research, provide support, and be the main point of contact for any prevailing wage labor compliance requirements.
