Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Powerpoint Specialist for a remote, contract role. You will design, edit, and review complex PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents, simulating Fortune 500 business scenarios and workflows.

You will collaborate with an advanced language model to produce, compare, and refine PPTX outputs, and craft prompts that require substantial business insight. Strong communication and feedback skills are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience on complex Fortune 500 projects or top-tier consultancies.
Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant Excel/Word exposure and professional document review experience.
Experience crafting realistic business scenarios and workflows for reporting, modeling, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

Design and initiate complex PowerPoint, Excel, and Word tasks simulating Fortune 500 environments.
Collaborate with an advanced language model to discuss, edit, and create PPTX/Office Open XML files.
Assess and compare two LM-generated deliverables per task turn, selecting the best quality.
Create prompts and tasks requiring substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort without AI.
Engage in four-turn conversations with the LM, providing feedback after each round.
Document observations and recommendations to improve LM handling of business documents.
