Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Powerpoint Specialist for a remote contract role. The candidate will leverage advanced PowerPoint skills with strong Excel and Word capabilities to craft professional business documents for Fortune 500–level tasks.

Responsibilities include collaborating with an LLM to create and edit Office Open XML files, evaluating two AI-generated deliverables per task, and providing actionable feedback. Prior AI tool experience is desirable.

Qualifications

3+ years on complex Fortune 500 projects.
Expert PowerPoint with extensive Excel/Word usage.
Experience creating professional business documents.
Familiar with AI tools and iterative reviews.

Responsibilities

Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks using PPT, Excel, and Word.
Collaborate with an advanced language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files (pptx).
Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn, selecting the best based on quality.
Create prompts and tasks requiring substantial business acumen without AI assistance.
Engage in structured conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents.
Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing in various industries.
