YO AI Labs is seeking a PowerPoint Specialist for a remote, contract role. You will design complex PowerPoint tasks, collaborate with an advanced language model to edit and create .pptx files, and assess AI-generated deliverables against quality criteria.

You’ll craft practical prompts, guide four-turn discussions, and document observations to improve how LLMs handle real-world business documents across reporting, presenting and analysis in various industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years on complex Fortune 500 projects.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong MS Office document creation and review.
• Experience crafting realistic business scenarios and executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, feedback-driven.
• Prior engagement with LLMs or AI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic PowerPoint, Excel, and Word tasks mirroring Fortune 500 contexts.
• Collaborate with an advanced language model to edit and create .pptx files.
• Evaluate two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn for quality.
• Create prompts and tasks that demand substantial business acumen without AI help.
• Engage in four-turn conversations with the LLM and provide feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real-world documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing within various industries.
