Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a PowerPoint Specialist for a remote, contract role. You will craft complex, Fortune 500–level presentations and collaborate with an AI model to edit and assemble Office Open XML files, particularly .pptx formats.

You will design realistic business scenarios, create prompts, and evaluate dual outputs per task, documenting observations to improve future outputs. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 environments or top-tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant exposure to Excel and Word.
• Experience crafting realistic business scenarios across sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail.
• Experience creating and reviewing professional business documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior engagement with LLMs or AI tools is desirable, especially in iterative conversations.
• Titles such as private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist align well.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Collaborate with an AI model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files (.pptx).
• Assess and compare two AI-generated deliverables per task turn and select the best result.
• Create prompts and tasks that require substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort.
• Engage in four-turn conversations with the AI, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve AI handling of business documents.
• Provide expertise in cross-functional use cases across industries and functions.
