Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and Sales in delivering end-to-end, high-impact solutions for Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts. You will own the solution design across infrastructure, devices, backhaul, network and applications, while collaborating with engineering, service and support teams.

You will work on critical technologies including mobile broadband, voice/data networks, video solutions, cybersecurity and business continuity, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Computer preferred).
• Experience with wireless fundamentals and voice/data architectures (public/private).
• Exposure to Cloud and IP networking security is highly desirable.
• RF coverage, microwave design, and related tooling knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with fixed and mobile video solutions a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Gather technical and customer requirements for solutions.
• Design infrastructure, devices, backhaul, network and applications.
• Plan deployment, migration and cutover activities.
• Develop and maintain portable ecosystem demonstration kits.
• Partner with Sales for customer presentations, demos and pilots.
• Engage with Product teams for business development and support.
