Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – Data Security to be a customer-facing cloud security expert. You will take a consultative approach to security projects and help develop new security services offerings to address customer requests.

This remote position may report to the Austin office as needed. You will collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships and drive security engagements, while staying current on

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, CIS.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, DLP, CASB, and ransomware recovery.
• Ability to communicate and sell complex cybersecurity solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Learn SHI's security service offerings through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training.
• Stay current on technology trends and industry landscape.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity sales engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI labs to support sales engagements.
