Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Business Administration; an MBA is a plus
• 1–2 years in presales, bid management, tender support or proposal writing, ideally in IT services, consulting or system integration
• Exposure to at least one e-procurement portal such as GeM or CPPP; we will train you on the rest
• Strong written English; able to turn technical notes into clear, structured and persuasive text

Responsibilities

• Opportunity tracking and review across GeM, CPPP, state portals and international sources
• Read EOIs, RFPs and RFQs end to end and prepare a 12 page bid summary
• Flag go/no-go risks early: certifications, OEM authorisations, penalties and payment terms
• Maintain a bid calendar and coordinate tender drafting with the technical team
• Build a compliance matrix mapping requirements to responses and documents
• Brief solution architects and delivery leads and turn inputs into clear proposal text
• Draft standard bid sections and review by senior staff: cover letters, company profile, approach and methodology
• Coordinate with finance and legal on commercial bids and declarations
• Assemble final bid package and ensure formatting and brand standards
• Run checks for completeness and version control; manage online submissions
• Maintain a knowledge base: case studies, CVs, certificates, references
• Record outcomes and share weekly pipeline updates
