Job summary

Care.com is seeking a Manager, Operations in Dallas to lead the Premium Client Solutions team. You will ensure exceptional service, strong execution, and proactive client support for strategic accounts, while partnering with VP of Operations and HR.

You will serve as the on-site leadership anchor for the Dallas office three days per week, fostering engagement, culture, and a high-energy work environment aligned with Care.com’s mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in high-volume environments.
• Experience developing teams, coaching performance, and driving accountability.
• Ability to balance long-term improvements with day-to-day operations.
• Influencing outcomes through collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Premium Client Solutions team to deliver high-touch white-glove support to key clients.
• Partner with VP of Operations, HR, and leaders to address people-related needs in Dallas.
• Set priorities, workflows, and rhythms to meet client commitments and improve service.
• Act as senior operational escalation point and drive timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Use data to identify trends and implement efficiency improvements.
