Job summary

Novasoft is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics Developer with strong Azure and C#/.NET experience in Buffalo, NY. The role focuses on production support, Dynamics integrations, cloud operations, DR readiness, and cybersecurity remediation. Hybrid- onsite minimum 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will handle production issues, build cloud-based solutions, and drive remediation through controlled release processes in a run-and-change environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 5+ years software development experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365/CRM customization and integration.
• Hands-on with C#/.NET and Azure Functions.
• Experience with Azure services and deployment patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, artifacts and environments.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing.
• Understanding of secure coding and cloud security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support, incident triage and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and enhance Microsoft Dynamics integrations and APIs.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions using C#/.NET and connect with Azure services.
• Perform monitoring, maintenance and performance tuning of applications.
• Assist Disaster Recovery readiness and testing, including runbooks.
• Review cloud security findings and drive remediation.
• Lead code/configuration/infrastructure fixes through UAT and Production change controls.
• Help upgrade .NET technologies and support related business changes.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps.
• Create automated tests and API verification using Postman.
• Ensure security, availability, and audit requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL2/L3 production support, including incident triage, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Maintain and enhanceMicrosoft Dynamics integrations and APIs.
• Develop and maintainAzure Functions using C#/.NETand integrate them with Azure messaging and storage services.
• Perform application monitoring, operational maintenance, and performance tuning.
• SupportDisaster Recovery (DR)readiness, including runbooks, testing, and resilience improvements.
• Review and triage cloud security and vulnerability findings and drive timely remediation.
• Plan and implement code, configuration, and infrastructure fixes throughUAT and Productionfollowing established change controls.
• Manage remediation backlogs and prioritize issues based on severity, exploitability, and operational impact.
• Support.NET technology upgradesand related business change initiatives.
• Develop and maintainCI/CD pipelines and release automation using Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365/CRM, including customization and integration concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience withC#/.NET and Azure Functions.
• Strong knowledge of coreMicrosoft Azure services and deployment patterns.
• Experience withAzure Service Bus, including queues, topics, retries, and dead-letter handling.
• Experience withAzure DevOps, including pipelines, approvals, artifacts, and environments.
• Hands-on experience withAzure Key Vault, secrets/certificates, and managed identity.
• Experience withAzure Blob Storage, including security and lifecycle management.
• Strong experience withEntity Frameworkand data access.
• Experience troubleshooting and validating APIs usingPostman.
• Proven experience supporting highly available production systems.
