Job summary

Togetherwork is seeking a responsive technical support professional to assist customers using Dynamics 365-based software and related applications. You will be the primary contact for support requests and collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical support, familiarity with SaaS platforms, and strong communication skills. This remote role offers competitive benefits and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting SaaS applications; Dynamics 365 or Salesforce experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a technical support role.
• Experience using AI tools in service delivery preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues for Dynamics 365 and integrated partner apps.
• Respond to support tickets and emails promptly.
• Diagnose software defects and configuration issues.
• Create documentation and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Assist customers with system configuration and best practices.
• Lead calls with customers to review and document issues.
