Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager to lead the Preconstruction Group, overseeing scope, budget and schedule from award to mobilization. The role is fully remote with duties spanning cost control, bid management and cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement, accounting, and legal teams.

The position requires experience in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive LNTP activities while ensuring timely reporting and risk

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership ability to coordinate remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction Group with daily management and coordination.
• Maintain cost control ledger and project costs.
• Prepare billings and manage payments.
• Set up and maintain CMiC system.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate bids.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and legal teams.
