Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Remote Preconstruction Project Manager to lead the Preconstruction Group from award through mobilization, coordinating schedule, budget, and scope. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, and contracts teams in a fully remote setting.

The position requires 5+ years in construction and strong skills in cost control, scheduling, and procurement, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years field construction experience as Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• 2+ years scheduling and estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction Group with daily management and coordination.
• Maintain cost control ledger and cost statements.
• Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids.
• Set up and manage CMiC system.
• Define LNTPs and manage procurement to align with scope and budget.
• Communicate scope with Procurement and Business Partners.
