Job summary

RES seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead activities from RFP through construction kickoff for battery storage, high‑voltage, and solar EPC opportunities. You will coordinate with executives, business development, engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, and operations to craft winning execution strategies and schedules.

You will review proposals, manage risk and value engineering efforts, and ensure smooth hand‑offs to construction with Procore documentation and well‑communicated

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
PMP or similar project management training preferred.
3+ years of relevant construction or engineering experience.
Ability to travel 5–15%.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction activities from RFP to kick-off for RES EPC opportunities.
Coordinate with engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, and operations teams.
Develop execution strategies, review bids, schedules, and budgets for alignment with owner requirements.
Manage documentation in Procore and Sharepoint; support risk reviews and stage gates.
Serve as interim Project Manager on RES construction projects when needed.
