Job summary

RES is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities for battery storage, high‑voltage, and solar EPC opportunities. You will coordinate with executives, business development, engineering, estimating, procurement, and contracts to plan, price, and schedule projects from RFP through to construction handover.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to guide multiple teams in a hybrid in‑office/work-from-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 3+ years in construction or engineering, with preconstruction experience preferred.
• PMP or similar project management training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities from RFP to construction kick-off.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, and operations.
• Review quotes, bids, and construction documents for accuracy and risk.
• Act as interim Project Manager on RES 3rd party construction projects.
