Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking an Associate Preconstruction Manager to support all preconstruction activities for large commercial projects. Remote work within the United States is available, with responsibilities spanning budgets, value engineering, schedules, procurement plans, and subcontractor qualification to ensure project success.

You will collaborate with the Preconstruction Manager to bid scopes, lead subcontractor bids, analyze bids, and communicate findings to clients while aligning

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in engineering, construction management, building construction or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of preliminary budgets and estimates.
• Participate in bid package preparation and subcontractor/supplier bidding.
• Support preconstruction schedules, procurement plans and value engineering.
• Assist in qualification of subcontractors and cost analysis to meet project budgets.
• Maintain consistency with company policies and client satisfaction objectives.
