Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator for a fully remote role in the United States. You will support preconstruction, prepare estimates, review bids, and mentor junior estimators while collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate, constructible electrical cost data.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of electrical estimating experience, proficiency with Accubid or similar software, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Experience using Accubid or similar estimating software; field installation experience helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead project estimates, bid reviews, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with subs, procurement, and design to ensure constructible estimates.
• Review quotes, manage take-offs, and lead estimate reviews and RFP responses.
• Coach and mentor junior estimators on large projects.
• Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors for project success.
• Stay current with electrical codes, tech, and estimating practices.
• Travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
