Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Senior Consultant to join our remote team, focusing on ERP and CRM solutions. You will support the sales process with technical insights, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals to meet client requirements, collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pre-sales for ERP/CRM, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution consulting role focused on ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM platforms, their functionalities, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
• Experience working remotely with self-motivation and discipline.
• Proven track record of supporting successful sales engagements and closing deals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements related to ERP and CRM systems.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and solution proposals.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the entire sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to position solutions effectively.
• Work remotely while maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
