Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. You will design, develop, and customize CRM solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and integration with other systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Dynamics CRM experience, strong C# and JavaScript skills, and a solid understanding of data migrations, Azure, and the Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical consulting or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and platform features.
• Proficient in C# and JavaScript; experience with .NET Framework.
• Experience with data integration and migration tools, including SSIS.
• Knowledge of the Azure cloud platform and Power Platform preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to align with client specifications and business objectives.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications to provide seamless functionality.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and relevant technologies.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity between Dynamics CRM and other applications.
• Conduct unit testing and support client testing to validate that solutions meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM applications.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals, for future enhancements and support.
