Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years as a Dynamics CRM technical consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and platform.
• Proficient in C# and JavaScript; .NET Framework experience required.
• Experience with data integration and migration tools (SSIS or connectors).
• Knowledge of Azure and Power Platform is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant Dynamics CRM certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Dynamics CRM solutions per client needs.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems for seamless functionality.
• Develop plugins, workflows and customizations in C# and JavaScript.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity across apps.
• Conduct unit testing and support client testing processes.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and maintain technical docs for support.
